Call Out 33: Glensoulan Search 14/07/15
On Tuesday the 14th of July at approximately 17.23hrs both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Siochanna to respond to an incident in the Glensoulan area.
A man and woman were out walking along the Wicklow Way when they became separated from one another. One of the party became concerned and raised the alarm. Mountain Rescue set up base in Crone Wood car park. While driving to Crone Wood a member of MR came across the missing person on the road and the search was stood down,
Mountain Rescue would like to thank all agencies involved including: S.A.R.D.A (Search and Rescue Dogs Association) who were responding to the incident.
