Call Out 44: Devils Glen Assist 22/08/15
On Saturday the 22nd of August at approximately 14.22hrs both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Siochanna assist a HSE Ambulance crew.
The Ambulance crew were responding to a call help a man who had become unwell while out for a walk in the Devils Glen. Mountain Rescue were placed on stand by at the scene in case there would be a need to stretcher him out. Only when the man had been safely assisted to the Ambulance was Mountain Rescue stood down.
