Call Out 47: Three Rock Rescue 29/08/15
At approximately 11.53hrs on Saturday August the 29th both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were called out to the aid of a mountain biker who had come off his bike and suffered a head injury. A member of Mountain Rescue was in the area and raised the alarm.
Once the man had been treated and packaged he was stretchered to a waiting HSE Ambulance and then transported to hospital for definitive care.
