Call Out 23: Luggala Search 05/05/16
Both the Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Síochána to assist in a search for a missing person close to Luggala on Thursday, April 5th. After two days, the search in the area was stood down by the Gardai whose investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Mountain Rescue would like to thank all agencies involved in the search, including: An Garda Síochána, the Garda Air Support Unit, Search and Rescue Dog Association, Blessington Rescue Boat, and the Civil Defence.
